3. No Guarantee of Results

Revive Flow FZ-LLC provides outreach, engagement, qualification, and business development services. We do not sell meetings, appointments, job orders, retained searches, placements, revenue, or business outcomes.

While we use commercially reasonable efforts to generate opportunities and conversations on behalf of our clients, we make no guarantees regarding:

The number of meetings booked
The number of opportunities generated
Job orders received
Retained search assignments won
Placements made
Revenue generated
Return on investment
Business growth

Results vary significantly depending on factors including but not limited to:

Industry and market conditions
Geographic location
Target audience and ideal customer profile (ICP)
Brand reputation and market positioning
Service offering and pricing
Response rates
Prospect demand
Internal sales processes
Client responsiveness and follow-up

Any case studies, testimonials, examples, projections, or statistics displayed on our website or marketing materials are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients remain fully responsible for:

Attending and managing booked meetings
Following up with prospects
Closing opportunities
Managing client relationships
Delivering recruitment and executive search services
Complying with applicable laws and regulations

Revive Flow FZ-LLC shall not be responsible for lost opportunities, missed meetings, unsuccessful sales outcomes, recruitment outcomes, or any failure by a prospect to become a paying client.

5. Service Limitations

Our services are designed to facilitate business development activities, including outreach, engagement, lead qualification, and meeting generation.

We cannot and do not guarantee that any prospect will:

Reply to outreach
Engage in conversation
Schedule a meeting
Become a client
Issue a job order
Sign a retained search agreement
Purchase services

All prospect decisions remain entirely outside of our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, workflows, software configurations, AI processes, branding, website materials, and proprietary methodologies developed or used by Revive Flow FZ-LLC remain our exclusive intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not copy, distribute, resell, reproduce, or reverse engineer any proprietary systems without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Revive Flow FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or financial losses arising from the use of our services.

This includes, without limitation:

Loss of revenue
Loss of profit
Loss of business opportunities
Loss of contracts
Loss of clients

Loss of Linkedin Account access
Loss of anticipated savings

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Revive Flow FZ-LLC during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
